Motorola v.s Microsoft

The relationship between Motorola and Microsoft increasingly heated only. After Motorola sued Microsoft for the second time, now turn back the handset vendors that require the software giant.

In the claim submitted to the court the South Florida area and Western Wisconsin, United States, Motorola claims that Microsoft has committed an offense against 16 of his patent.

If yesterday Microsoft said that Motorola's attempt to reap royalties that make no sense for Microsoft technology available on the Xbox gaming device, the Motorola behind pointed out that the PC and Microsoft server software, Windows Mobile software and the Xbox actually has been using his patent. The lawsuit is an endless stream. Last month, Microsoft sent a lawsuit against Motorola, claiming that the Android smartphone vendors made by U.S. mobile home has been violated nine patents Microsoft.

Deputy General Counsel of Microsoft, Horacio Gutierrez said he was not surprised with a counter lawsuit filed by Motorola. Today, as said by him, Microsoft is studying the lawsuit and immediately file any further action.

Facebook's Project Titan

Social network expected to displace an email service. In fact, social networking sites like Facebook has developed a special email service. This would feature a User@facebook.com email, POP and IMAP access and would give users the feature to send non-users a message too.

Email service up is expected to launch next Monday, November 15th. Rumours about the launch of the email service is revealed through the blog TechCrunch. Email service up is expected to be a serious threat to Google, Yahoo, and Microsoft.

Tech Crunch says that the email service was developed through a project called "Project Titan"

A number of media, has received an invitation from Facebook on Monday. It is not yet known, whether in the event up to launch the email service or not.

If proven true, then the email service up this could be used by approximately 500 million members. This number will hit a record other email service providers, if all members up to use the service.
